Sub: Air Ticketing Quotation

The sealed rates are invited from the authorized travel agents for air ticketing (economy class) for the following sectors.

Name of Official       : Ms. Kuenga Yangki, Mr. Ugyen Lhendup, Mr. Neten S. Chhetri         

1. You are requested to submit the sealed rates to RIM on 25 February 2010 before 10.30 AM.
2. Shall not accept the unconditional quotation like increase of fares or changing of airlines at the time of travel.
3. The availability and confirmation of seat at the time of travel should be confirmed before submitting your quotation.
4. Should able to provide credit facilities for a period of 30 days from the date of issue of tickets/receipts of invoices which ever is later.
5. Should submit the valid Ticketing License issued by Ministry of Economic Affairs with your quotation.
6. Quotation should submit along with the confirmed seat with itineraries.
7. The quotation should be submitted along with a security deposit of 2% of the total quoted value in favour of Director, Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Simtokha.
8. The quotation without security deposit and without sealed envelope will not be entertained.
9. Security deposit will be refunded/return after the return of officials from abroad.
10. Bidders are requested to mention the name of the air lines.
11. The sealed quotation should be address in favour of the Director, RIM.
