NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The Royal Institute of Management, Semtokha is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified Class C Bidders having valid trade license, for putting up the window grills at RIM Campus.

A complete set of Bidding Documents with terms and condition specified by the Institute may be collected from the Finance Section on cash payment of Nu.500.00 (Ngultrum five hundred) only which is non-refundable on any working day with effect from 25th November, 2009. The bids must be delivered to the Institute on or before 25th December, 2009 at 2.30 PM and will be opened on the same day at 3 PM.

The bids shall be accompanied by an EMD of Nu.42, 000.00 (Ngultrum forty two thousand) only through Demand Draft payable to the Director, RIM.

The decision of the Tender Committee shall be final and binding.
